Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins.
If for some reason I am unable to complete the work, you will be refunded in full in a timely manner.
Quotes given are guaranteed for 48 hours only. If you request extra work outside of what was quoted or agreed upon I reserve the right to ask for more money to cover the extra work.
Payment Methods
I accept Paypal, ePassporte and Money Bookers with no additional fees.
Bank wires attract an additional processing fee of $30 per payment. This is to cover my bank fees for international FOREX and deposits. This fee is waived for single payments exceeding USD 1000.
Regardless of who you are, the company you represent or how long we have done business - I do not accept cheques, no exceptions. Period.
Communications
I believe in keeping you informed. If I come across any problems I will notify you immediately. If the problems are with your host I will send you the necessary instructions to pass onto them so I can get your work finished.
I dislike ICQ and MSN for business communications. All instructions will be requested to be written and sent via email.
Your security
I strongly suggest you have all passwords changed after I am finished with your work.
